"The mission of Mater Dolorosa is to teach morals and values of the Catholic faith, instill strong leadership qualities, and promote academic growth and excellence."

     Welcome to Mrs. Marcy's Class

Our students learn hands-on and by working as a team. My educational instruction is geared for the active learner. Students are presented with exciting weekly themes that they can relate to. I understand that not every child learns in the same manner and therefore my instruction is presented in projects, worksheets, art, educational games, and learning centers. Students are assigned to work in small groups and independently. Every student is important and deserves a quality education and at Mater Dolorosa, that is exactly what we strive for. If you are considering Mater Dolorosa Catholic School for your child's pre-kindergarten education, I would love the opportunity to meet with you and your child so I may show you our classroom and discuss the details of our curriculum and weekly schedule. Thank you for visiting my webpage!
